Coin-Op Hospital Radio
Ten cents an hour, and a stearn warning that the pillow speaker will be UNDER PILLOW during operation!

Sferics SF1-1
Rather unusual radio with storm alert! You would tune above the BC band (see dial), and switch to "Alert" mode, when the radio would mute. By monitoring the amount of static from lightning, it provided a relative meter reading. Upon reaching the "Severe" reading, the unit emits a tone to warn you. You then switched to "Radio" mode to listen. My observation has been that by the time it reaches "Severe", you are getting blasted enough with Thunder & Lightning, that you probably don't need this to tell you! Neat, anyway! Made in San Antonio.

Laboratory Static Generator
Restored & working, will create sparks of over 6 inches!
